Our wedding coordination package includes: initial coaching call, then starting up to 90 days out we'll address concerns, manage the walkthrough, create your timeline, diagram, decor inventory and start vendor communication. On the day, you will get up to 10 hours on the day with a lead coordinator and assistant. We then oversee venue setup, vendor arrival, ceremony coordination + cue calling, reception flow management, timeline tracking, guest wrangling. venue breakdown and pack-up of personal items.
