My first client (besides all my barbies ) at the age of 6...was my Dad , who would let me practice doing hair and makeup on him, ripping curlers out of his hair and creating whatever "vision" I had at that age.
Then moved on to friends....coming home from school practicing all kinds of looks on myself. This was way before YouTube or anything was around . I would get in trouble at catholic school in junior high for having mascara remnants on my lashes, and every year collected a drawer full of lip glosses my teachers took away from me.
This was the start of a passion that could never be taken away ! At 16 I then started working for a local Agency in Pennsylvania where I honed in on my craft.
From then on, my ever evolving love for makeup grew. The beginning of my career was spent doing makeup for all the actors and models that came through the door of the agency.
That was 15 years ago and since then Danielle has specialized in Bridal doing hundreds of weddings in NYC and surrounding areas. She has been featured in Manhattan Bride, Newsday, Sophisticated Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Utterly Engaged, Hochzeitsguide, and Refinery 29 to name a few. Combining my love for Bridal with print (growing up working on photo shoots), I do a ton of Editorial Bridal work as well working with some of the best vendors from all over the world !
Now having a team of artists I have met over the years who inspire me, and I look forward to every job we have together and highly recommend them ! It honestly does not feel like work and you will feel that energy !!! Thanks to the amazing peers I work with I accommodate anything from a single bride to large wedding parties for makeup, hair, and brow services !
