Hello! My name is Max and I'm a Portland-based wedding and elopement photographer passionate about documenting moments of celebration and human connection. I take a photojournalistic approach to shooting weddings, capturing thoughtfully composed images filled with light and color as the day unfolds. Working across both film and digital formats, I create dynamic photo galleries that are stylistically playful with a nostalgic edge.

I feel my strengths as a wedding photographer lay not only in my technical skills and dedication to the craft, but also in my natural inclination to connect with people and be an active participant in your love celebration. I strongly believe that the service aspects of wedding photography are just as important as the images produced; it is my goal to always create a fun and hospitable atmosphere to ensure that you and your loved ones barely notice the snapping of the camera.
