Rev Lauren Van Ham, Interfaith Minister, believes in the importance of rituals and how they help us reaffirm key milestones in life. With over two decades of experience, Lauren has guided countless happy couples through their marriage preparations and their wedding day celebrations.

Ordained Interfaith, Lauren welcomes couples of all faiths and cultural backgrounds, including mixed faiths, Earth-based, agnostic and none. A huge fan of Creation and committed to living in an eco-conscious life, she is an ideal choice for couples hoping to celebrate their ceremony in nature or other outdoor settings.

Lauren believes in collaboration and creativity and invites couples to celebrate in a manner uniquely their own. Leading up to the ceremony, she offers Premarital Marital Reflection processes, and Spiritual Direction sessions for couples. These sessions (optional) allow couples to reflect upon the journey of joy, love, and life as individuals moving from “Me,” to “We.” Based in Richmond, CA, Lauren is able to conduct ceremonies in the Bay Area and sometimes further afield (travel fees may apply). Lauren holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, Naropa University and is Clergy-in-Good Standing with The ChI Interfaith Community.
